Topia is a browser-based virtual meeting and collaboration platform built around persistent, interactive 2.5D worlds. It is designed for virtual offices, education, onboarding, training, marketing, gaming, community experiences, and events. Participants can move between proximity-based conversations, join broadcasts, share screens, chat, embed websites and collaborative tools, and work inside private zones. Teams that want a persistent environment rather than a conventional meeting room will find its format most relevant.

Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Demo plan costs $0 per month and supports individuals, developers, and teams with 50-person capacity, standard-quality video, one broadcast, and one screen share. The Pro plan is listed at $4 per user per month, includes 50-person capacity, adds additional capacity at $4 per user per month, and unlocks all features. Enterprise is aimed at organizations requiring security, privacy, customization, scale, and integrations, with custom capacity up to 2,000 users per Topia world and up to 200,000 users per dedicated white-label deployment. This makes the product easier to evaluate at no cost, while larger deployments need an Enterprise discussion.

Topia’s strongest distinction is the combination of spatial communication and world-building tools. A drag-and-drop builder, presentation mode, session recording, text and group messaging, embedded applications, configurable private zones, guest lists, passwords, authentication, analytics, and scheduling support structured events as well as informal interaction. Integrations include Zapier, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Calendly, with API, SDK, webhook, and self-hosted options for broader platform fit. Mobile access is limited to an audio-only beta through mobile browsers. Choose Topia for immersive, persistent spaces and connected event workflows; choose a conventional meeting platform when simple video calls and full mobile support matter more.
