A low-cost web tool for stylized photo and video conversions.

Tooncraft is a web-based AI tool for turning uploaded photos into cartoon and anime artwork. It suits people creating avatars, family portraits, social content, mascots, and keepsakes, with support for JPG, PNG, and WEBP uploads. Users can choose from more than 50 cartoon and anime styles, select multiple image-quality levels, and create either image or video conversions. The product is focused on direct style transformation rather than a broader design or editing workflow.
Pricing is organized around one-time credit packs. The $3.99 Starter Pack includes AI image conversion and no watermark. The $9.99 Value Pack adds parallel conversions while retaining watermark-free image output. At $24.99, the Power Pack adds priority rendering, AI video conversion, and priority support. Paid packs are therefore a straightforward fit for occasional projects, while higher tiers make more sense when faster rendering, concurrent image work, or video output matters. Watermark-free output is included across the paid packs.
Tooncraft’s main strength is breadth within a narrow task: photo-to-cartoon and anime conversion across more than 50 styles, with image and video options in the highest pack. Its browser-only platform keeps the workflow centered on uploading files and receiving converted artwork, but it may not suit buyers seeking a desktop or mobile application. Buyers who want a low-cost entry pack for stylized images should consider Tooncraft; those who need video conversion, parallel processing, or priority rendering must choose the relevant paid tier, and users seeking a broader creative workspace should look elsewhere.
