Toku Contact Centre is a cloud-based contact centre platform from Toku Ltd, designed for enterprises and particularly suited to teams operating across APAC and other multi-market environments. It brings voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and webchat into one omnichannel setup, with agent and supervisor capabilities for managing customer interactions. Small omnichannel teams already working in Salesforce are the clearest fit, especially when they need both inbound service tools and outbound calling workflows.

The platform covers the core contact centre workflow in a single product. Configurable IVR and call flows support structured call handling, while manual outbound calling and auto-dialer workflows address proactive outreach. Agents can use call transfers, warm transfers, blind transfers and three-way merge during live conversations. Supervisors receive real-time productivity and call-performance reporting, live-call monitoring and recorded-call monitoring. Call recording is also included, giving teams a way to review conversations within the broader contact centre workflow.

AI-generated post-call summaries and AI analytics extend the reporting layer beyond operational metrics. Salesforce integration gives the platform a defined CRM connection, but teams looking for a wider integration ecosystem may find the fit narrower. Toku Contact Centre is best suited to small omnichannel teams that value Salesforce alignment, configurable call handling, supervisor visibility and regional voice connectivity. It is less compelling for buyers prioritising a broad range of prebuilt integrations or a self-service purchasing process. The product is delivered through the web, keeping the deployment model focused on cloud access.
