Todoery is a freemium to-do list and daily-planning app for students, professionals, and everyday users. Its core workflow combines text, voice, and AI-assisted task capture with one-time or recurring reminders, routines, calendar views, subtasks, notes, attachments, and widgets. Progress tracking adds trends, history, and streaks, while a focus timer supports customizable sessions. The product is best suited to solo users and small teams who want planning, reminders, and habit-like tracking in a mobile-first app.
The free plan provides core planning features, with optional PRO upgrades for advanced customization and other premium features. The published pricing details include a starting price of 1.99 and plan labels for Monthly PRO, Annual PRO, and Permanent PRO. Multiple PRO entries appear in the catalog, including repeated monthly, annual, and permanent options, so buyers should review the applicable purchase option in their platform store. Todoery’s strongest differentiator is breadth: it covers quick capture, structured task organization, recurring routines, calendar planning, focus sessions, and progress history in one workflow.
Platform fit is centered on iOS and Android, with compatibility also listed for Mac on the Apple App Store. The documented integrations are iCloud and Google Drive, and support is provided through email and documentation. GDPR is listed as the compliance standard. Todoery is a good choice for mobile users who want AI-assisted capture plus reminders, routines, widgets, and visible progress over time. Users seeking a primarily desktop-based planner, broader documented integrations, or a simpler task list may prefer a narrower alternative.
