TiniDrop review
Link-based file sharing with viewer analytics, requests, and signatures.

TiniDrop gives founders, freelancers, sales teams, and agencies a way to share documents through links and see how recipients engage with them. It supports in-browser previews for supported file types, view notifications, and analytics covering views, geography, and referrer sources. The Free plan includes one project, 50 MB of total storage, a 5 MB maximum file size, and 5,000 visits per month, with a 30-day link expiry; custom expiry is on paid plans. That makes it a practical starting point for limited sharing, but not a substitute for larger file storage needs.
Paid plans are Starter at $7 a month, Solo at $15, Pro at $35, and Pro Max at $99. Starter brings 5 projects, 500 MB of storage, 25 MB per file, 20,000 visits a month, permanent links, branding removal, QR codes, and built-in analytics. Solo adds password-protected links, guest uploads and file-request links, custom link expiry, API access, and webhooks, with 50 projects, 5 GB of storage, 75 MB per file, and 100,000 visits a month. Pro adds per-page PDF analytics by viewer, email capture, watermarking, and multi-party agreements, with 200 projects, 10 GB of storage, 10 GB per file, 500,000 visits a month, and 5 team members. Pro Max is oriented toward data rooms, with enhanced rooms, audit logs, Q&A, and dedicated support, unlimited projects, 100 GB+ storage, 100 GB per file, and 20+ team members. This range makes TiniDrop more than a basic transfer tool, especially for teams that need to collect files, passwords, or signatures as well as distribute them.
The product is cloud-based, with web and API access; its listed integrations are REST API and webhooks. It can also host a static site from an uploaded ZIP. The offering centers on browser-based sharing rather than a broad app ecosystem, so buyers who need dedicated desktop or mobile apps should consider alternatives. TiniDrop is a better fit for small teams and solo operators who value link-level engagement insight and document workflows, and who can work within its storage and file-size limits on the lower tiers.
