TimeTracker is cloud-based time tracking software for freelancers, agencies, consultancies, and other client-service teams. It combines timer-based and manual entries with clients, projects, tasks, tags, billable and non-billable time, timesheet submission, and clock-in and clock-out tools. Teams can also create invoices from approved tracked time, making it a fit for small businesses that need time capture and basic billing in one product.

The pricing structure starts with a Free plan that is available forever for up to 3 people. It includes time tracking, timers, manual entries, clients, projects, tasks, tags, timesheet submission, and clock-in and clock-out. The Pro plan supports unlimited people and adds timesheet, timecard, expense, and leave approvals; invoicing and payment tracking; budgets and profitability; a client portal; and CSV, Excel, and PDF exports. The published annual price is $144 per user per year, also presented as $12 per user per month when billed annually. A 14-day free trial is available.

TimeTracker covers the core workflow from tracking work through approvals, budgets, profitability, exports, and invoicing. Google Calendar synchronization and webhooks provide focused connectivity, while web, iPhone, and Android access support distributed teams; the mobile apps also support offline tracking. Location rules add control over clocking in. However, the integration set is narrow and there is no desktop app. Teams wanting a straightforward client-time and billing workflow should consider it, while organizations needing a broader ecosystem or desktop-first access should look elsewhere.
