Timeneye (now Lucen Track) review
A flexible time tracker with a free tier and strong Microsoft 365 coverage.

Timeneye, now branded Lucen Track, is a cloud time-tracking product for individuals, project teams, and larger organizations. It records time against projects and tasks, separates billable and non-billable work, and supports reporting, exports, budgets, and workload visibility. Microsoft 365-focused teams are the clearest fit, particularly those working across Teams, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, or Azure DevOps. Mobile apps, browser extensions, and a desktop app extend tracking beyond the web interface.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan costs $0 and includes personal time tracking, basic reporting, unlimited projects, and Microsoft Teams integration. Starter costs $7 per user per month when billed annually and adds reports, CSV/XLS exports, billable projects, project and task tracking, and SSO. Premium costs $13 per user per month when billed annually and adds timesheet and expense approvals, advanced project budgets, fixed-fee projects, customizable user rates, and labor cost tracking. Enterprise includes Premium features plus SCIM provisioning, SAML, a dedicated account manager, personalized onboarding, and custom agreements. A 14-day free trial is also available.
The strongest distinction is its combination of project accounting features and Microsoft 365 integration breadth. Teams can track time against work, manage monetary and time budgets, submit approvals, and export data in PDF, CSV, or XLS formats. Integrations with Asana, Basecamp, Jira, ClickUp, and Zapier broaden its fit beyond Microsoft environments. Teams needing only lightweight personal tracking may not need the paid workflow and budget features, while organizations requiring approvals, profitability controls, or identity-management options should consider Premium or Enterprise. Lucen Track is a practical choice for project-based teams; it is less suited to buyers seeking a narrowly focused personal timer.
