A Mac-focused legal platform combining billing, trust accounting, and online invoice payments.

TimeNet Law is a Mac-native legal practice management platform for solo attorneys and small to medium-sized law firms. It brings time tracking, billing, invoice generation, IOLTA trust accounting, client and matter management, document management, calendaring, task management, reporting, and local AI into one product. Its Slipstream feature supports online invoice payments by card, Apple Pay, and eCheck, making it relevant to firms that want clients to pay electronically without separating billing from practice administration.
The subscription plans provide the clearest route to the full feature set. Monthly costs $39.99 per user per month and includes all features and modules, priority support with Perry, and automatic updates. Annual with Price Lock costs $450 per user per year and includes the same features, support, and updates, plus a price lock guarantee. The Complete edition costs $479.99 one time and includes full case management and CRM, time and expense tracking, client payments and IOLTA compliance, internal accounting and ledgers, and an iOS app. Complete + Oasis costs $679.98 one time and adds First Mate AI, five specialist advisors, strategic analysis, a blueprint, and custom prompts with private data actions. Oasis Unlock costs $199.99 one time and adds the specialist advisors, strategic analysis, and blueprint without a subscription.
Platform fit is the key decision point. TimeNet Law runs on macOS, with iPhone and iPad apps synchronizing through Dropbox or iCloud Drive. It also connects with Apple Calendar, Dropbox, iCloud Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive, while Smart Reconcile supports bank statement reconciliation and LEDES and UTBMS billing support adds legal billing depth. Firms centered on Apple devices and needing integrated invoice payments, trust ledgers, and reconciliation should find the scope well aligned. Firms requiring broader operating-system coverage or a larger integration ecosystem should consider another option.
