Affordable desk and room reservations with maps, check-in, and utilization reports.

Tidaro is a workplace booking platform for organizations managing hybrid offices and shared resources. Employees can reserve desks, meeting rooms, and parking spaces through web, iOS, and Android apps. Interactive office maps, colleague search, check-in options, and reports on attendance and space utilization support teams coordinating shared workspaces. It is suited to organizations that want a relatively low-cost way to manage desk and room reservations, rather than a broad integration ecosystem.
Desk booking pricing is presented in three fixed monthly per-user tiers: Basic at €1.40, Standard at €2, and Advanced at €2.60. Basic includes flexible and permanent desk reservations, an interactive office map, and an office utilization report. Standard adds notifications, check-in, zones, floors, locations, colleague search, and attendance reporting. Advanced adds teamwork planning, automatic desk release, filtering, recurring reservations, and activity and no-show reports. Enterprise has a custom-tailored offer. A 14-day trial is available. Room bookings are priced separately: Room costs €15 per room monthly, while Room Plus costs €20 and adds tablet view and Outlook integration. Prices exclude VAT.
The product’s planning tools extend beyond reservations: admins can manage permissions, zones, and locations, while employees can use colleague and attendance views. Reports can be exported as CSV. Outlook is the only listed integration, so organizations that depend on a wider set of connected workplace or calendar systems may find the ecosystem restrictive. The product lists GDPR, ISO 27001, and SSO/SAML, with email, phone, ticket, and documentation support. Tidaro is a fit for teams prioritizing inexpensive desk reservations, maps, and attendance visibility; teams requiring many integrations or room bookings included in desk-plan pricing should compare alternatives.
