TicketPeak is web-based event ticketing and registration software for performing arts organizations, community theatres, schools, colleges, venues, and dinner theatres. It supports general-admission and reserved-seating events, class registration, audition scheduling, subscriptions, flex passes, donations, merchandise, gift certificates, reporting, patron communications, and mobile check-in. Its focus is on in-person venue and box-office operations rather than broader event formats.

Pricing is transaction-based rather than monthly. Not for Profit Organizations pay $0.50 per ticket plus 1.5% of ticket value, for organizations selling 2,000–50,000 tickets per year. Commercial Venues pay $0.75 per ticket plus 1.5% of ticket value for the same annual ticket range. Large Venues selling over 50,000 tickets per year receive tailored pricing. TicketPeak also offers White Glove Setup for a one-time $250, covering seating plan creation up to 700 seats, up to three training sessions, and event revenue coaching. Fees apply even to free events, so organizations should account for transaction costs across their event calendar.

The feature set is broad within venue operations: configurable registration questions, online audition questionnaires, subscriptions, flex passes, patron donations, gift certificates, newsletters, updates, reminders, reporting, and mobile check-in all sit alongside ticket sales. Mailchimp and Constant Contact provide listed communications integrations. TicketPeak is a strong fit for performance venues that need ticketing, seating, registration, and patron management in one system, especially when usage-based pricing suits their volume. Organizations seeking an attendee-facing app, exhibitor tools, or support for event formats beyond in-person programs should choose a more specialized alternative.
