Therapy Partner is web-based practice management software for behavioral health clinicians, including counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. It brings scheduling, recurring appointments, reminders, a customizable client portal, therapy notes, document storage, billing, payment processing, and CMS-1500 claim-form generation into one system. The product is suited to solo practitioners and group practices that need core administrative and clinical workflows rather than a broad platform ecosystem.
The published plans are organized by practice size. Solo Practitioner includes one clinician seat, the client portal, scheduling and reminders, integrated credit-card processing, and CMS-1500 forms, with a monthly starting price of 37. Growing Practice and Large Group Practice require at least two and three clinician seats respectively, and add calendaring for multiple locations and clinicians while retaining the shared core features. All plans are paid, and the pricing structure is tied to stated seat minimums. Onboarding, training, and a dedicated success manager are also part of the vendor’s offering.
Therapy Partner’s strongest fit is for practices that want a focused administrative workspace with client communication, SOAP and customizable note templates, ICD-10 codes, unlimited file storage, automated billing, and external calendar synchronization. CMS-1500 generation and export support claim preparation, but the product does not directly connect to a clearinghouse for electronic claims submission. Its documented platform is web-based, and built-in video telehealth is not included. Choose Therapy Partner when scheduling, portal access, payments, documentation, and basic claim support are the priority; consider an alternative if electronic claim submission through a clearinghouse, integrated video visits, or a wider integration ecosystem is essential.
