The Stampit is a cloud-based digital loyalty platform for UK cafés, restaurants, pubs and other local businesses. Customers collect digital stamps and redeem rewards through a mobile app, while businesses manage cards, customer data and campaigns from a web dashboard. It is designed to replace paper loyalty cards without requiring QR codes, Bluetooth or complex integrations. The platform supports web, iOS and Android, with features for digital rewards, online and takeaway order codes, vouchers, notifications and repeat-visit reporting.
Pricing is divided into three monthly plans. Basic costs £24.99 per month and includes the Stampit platform, admin console, multiple stamp cards, vouchers or gift cards, and activity insights. Growth costs £34.99 per month, adding campaigns, delivery and insights alongside vouchers or gift cards. Advanced costs £54.99 per month and adds custom card design and a dedicated account manager. The published pricing also shows monthly billing, while annual billing is available by quote. The website advertises free use for customers, while business pricing starts with the paid Basic plan.
The Stampit’s strongest fit is a restaurant or café that wants straightforward digital stamp cards plus customer segmentation, scheduled in-app offers, delivery codes and push or email notifications. Magic codes extend the programme to online and takeaway orders, and prepaid or giftable vouchers add another retention option. Its focus is narrower than a system built around POS connectivity: it does not include POS integrations, and the category specification limits use to one location. Choose it for a simple loyalty programme with customer insights and campaign tools; consider an alternative if direct POS integration or broader multi-location operations are central requirements.
