The Customer Factor is web-based CRM and service-management software for window cleaners and other recurring-service businesses. It brings prospects, customers, recurring jobs, estimates, invoices, employee and crew assignments, online payments, automated email and text follow-up, reporting, and income forecasting into one system. iOS and Android apps extend scheduling, estimates, invoices, photos, signatures, and time tracking to mobile teams. It is aimed at small to midsize operators that need structured customer follow-up and repeat-job management, with established businesses likely to gain the most from its broad workflow coverage.

Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. The Monthly plan costs $44.95 per month and includes unlimited employees, subusers, emails, photo and document uploads, and data, with no contract. The Yearly plan costs $449.50 per year and includes the same unlimited allowances plus two months free. A 30-day full-refund policy applies. The platform also connects with Square, Stripe, Worldpay, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Google Maps, and Google Calendar, giving operators options for payments, accounting synchronization, mapping, and calendar coordination.

Its strongest case is breadth: recurring scheduling, estimate conversion to jobs, customizable invoicing, crew assignment, follow-up automation, payment collection, reporting, and mobile access cover much of the operating cycle. The published capabilities support a mature CRM-led approach rather than a narrow scheduling tool. Route optimization is not currently available, so operators who prioritize automated routing should choose an alternative. Very small businesses seeking a free entry point may also find the paid starting price harder to justify, while established window-cleaning teams that need CRM depth, accounting sync, and repeat-service workflows are the clearest fit.
