The Change Roadmap is web-based software for planning and managing organisational change. It is designed for change managers, change practitioners, project managers, business analysts, and business representatives who need a structured way to manage initiatives. Its workflow follows four phases—Discover, Design, Prepare, and Embed—while bringing initiative, stakeholder, impact, and action data into one platform.

Its strongest distinction is the guided process combined with structured views. Teams can manage initiatives and programs, maintain stakeholder lists, capture stakeholder-level data, and record change impacts. Real-time data views and visual indicators support ongoing oversight, while automated planning documents and reports turn captured information into working outputs. Cloud-document linking keeps initiative-related documents connected to the relevant work, and role-based access separates administrators, change managers, and stakeholders.

The product is available through annual Individual and Organisational licences. The Individual plan provides single-user access, Change Administrator access, and access to the web-based platform. The Organisational plan supports multiple users under one licence, adds Change Manager and Change Stakeholder access levels, and provides shared access to organisational data. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The platform is cloud-based and has no technical integrations, so teams needing connected systems or broader platform interoperability should consider an alternative. The Change Roadmap suits organisations that value guided, phase-based change planning; it is less suitable for solo users needing integrations or a free ongoing tier.
