TestTrick is pre-employment skills assessment software from FlyPearls LLC in Dover, Delaware, built to screen candidates before the interview. Teams start from a library of more than 500 tests covering role-specific skills, cognitive ability, personality and behavior, situational judgment and language, build their own, or let AI suggest a test from a role description. Questions can be multiple choice, coding exercises in 12+ programming languages, Excel simulations, essays, file uploads or one-way video answers.
Test integrity is built in. Proctoring combines webcam monitoring, gaze and audio detection, screen recording, second-screen and pasted-code detection and browser lockdown, and an AI review gathers any suspicious activity into a trust score beside each result. Reports show overall and skill-level scores, benchmarks and side-by-side comparisons, and assessments go out by email, by link or from 12 applicant tracking systems, including Lever, Ashby, Teamtailor and Zoho Recruit.
Pricing is published, and every plan includes every feature. Billed yearly, Starter costs $35 a month with 600 candidate credits a year and 3 users, Basic $65 with 1,200 credits a year and 5 users, and Business $75 with 1,800 credits a year and 7 users; Enterprise is custom. A credit is used only when a candidate submits a completed assessment, and the 7-day free trial needs no card. TestTrick states ISO/IEC 27001 certification and GDPR compliance.
