Tendor Workspace review
A tender-scoped workspace that links AI drafting to criteria, evidence and approvals.

Tendor Workspace is an AI-assisted workspace for contractors and bid teams handling recurring tenders and RFPs across public and private buyers. It creates a separate workspace for each tender pursuit, bringing request packs, addenda, criteria, evidence, clarifications, owners, decisions, drafts and review into one place. Teams can use tender-scoped AI chat, criterion-aligned drafting, and suggested matching CVs, projects and certifications while keeping human review and approval before submission.
Its strongest differentiator is the connection between drafting and evidence control. Versioned, searchable RFP packs and evidence libraries support source-linked drafts, while the coverage map shows which requirements are answered, incomplete or missing. Bid/no-bid decisions include owners, tasks and status, giving teams a structured way to manage pursuit decisions as well as response content. The integration set covers Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Jira, monday.com, Trello, WhatsApp and Slack.
Tendor uses contact-sales pricing, with pricing scoped after a pricing call. The product is presented in private preview for select contractors, so it suits teams willing to evaluate an emerging workflow rather than buyers seeking a broadly available, self-serve tool. It should appeal most to bid teams that need traceable evidence, requirement coverage and approval control across recurring pursuits. Teams wanting a simple drafting assistant, a non-web platform, or a product with publicly presented plans should consider alternatives instead.
