TenantVolt is cloud-hosted restaurant software for cafés, restaurants and operators managing one or more locations. Its restaurant workspace covers menus, catalogs, orders, tickets, table service, reservations, covers, seating times, kitchen workflows, inventory, payments, staff permissions and reporting. The browser-based platform supports multiple business locations from one account, with restaurant tools included in a broader system for sales, bookings, inventory and team operations.
Pricing is organized by location and billed monthly. The 14-day Trial includes full platform access for one location, up to five staff logins and no card required. Starter costs $49 per location per month and adds catalog, orders and customers, one business type, role-based access, 90-day audit history and email support. Growth costs $99 per location per month, adding every business type, batch and expiry inventory control, unlimited staff logins, custom roles and priority support. Scale costs $299 per location per month and adds single sign-on, a choice of data location, advanced reporting and data export, an SLA and an onboarding engineer.
The main strength is breadth: operators can connect front-of-house table management with kitchen ticket states, course firing, stock control, waste and expiry tracking, split bills, discounts, refunds and payment records. That makes TenantVolt a fit for small operators that want one system for restaurant workflows and staff controls, especially when reporting across locations matters. The trade-off is that its broad business platform may be more than a single-location restaurant needs, while the browser-only delivery limits platform choice. Operators seeking a focused reservation product or a narrowly scoped table tool should look elsewhere.
