A broad staffing platform combining contractor workflows, payroll and invoicing.

TemPay is a cloud-based platform for recruitment agencies, staffing businesses and consulting companies. It brings together contractor and employee onboarding, electronic file completion, contracts, policies, templates, timesheets, payroll, client invoicing, early-pay access, reporting and compliance workflows. Payment calculations can be based on timesheets, milestones, rostered shifts or fixed salaries, while contractor and employee information is managed through a self-service portal. Its positioning fits teams that need staffing operations and payroll processes in one web-based system rather than a narrow contractor payout tool.
Pricing is organized around several operating models. Premium costs 15 per employee per month and includes a white-label platform, onboarding, timesheets, self-service, payroll and invoicing. Platinum costs 18 per employee per month and adds premium features, Xero and QuickBooks integration, invoicing and a contract generator. Managed Payroll includes Platinum features with a managed payroll process. Global Teams provides employer-of-record and agent-of-record services for overseas employees and contractors. Professional is offered for one person at 499, 799 or 999 per year, with no hidden fees, capped local fees and BVN Resolve listed across the three entries.
The strongest fit is a staffing or consulting operation that needs breadth: electronic onboarding, award interpretation, STP compliance workflows, client billing and margin dashboards sit alongside payroll. Timesheet, purchase-order and milestone-based invoicing can support varied engagement models, while Xero and QuickBooks help connect accounting processes on the Platinum plan. Global employment services widen the scope for organizations engaging workers across regions. Teams seeking a focused contractor payment product, broad native platform coverage beyond the web, or a simpler pricing structure may prefer a more specialized alternative.
