TelemetryOS is a cloud-managed platform for digital signage, kiosks, and connected-screen applications. It combines playlist creation, scheduling, content overrides, visual multi-zone layouts, offline caching, device monitoring, and application deployment. It is aimed at technical teams managing distributed displays, interactive screens, video walls, and custom screen experiences through web, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, or API access.

The pricing structure starts with Standard, a free account tier that includes a global video CDN, 10 GB of storage, playlists, scheduling, overrides, remote device management, monitoring, React and web app SDK access with CI/CD, 4K video, and multi-screen support. A 90-day free trial is also available. Premium costs $2,995 per year and adds role-based access, team management, REST API and webhook integrations, fleet analytics, a live device map, 1 TB of storage, 5 TB of bandwidth, live chat, and email support. Enterprise adds SAML SSO, user provisioning, SOC 2 Type I compliance reports, 10 TB of storage, 50 TB of bandwidth, advertising campaign management, and a dedicated customer success manager. Node hardware costs $299 per device and includes the first year of management, a one-year warranty, and built-in remote management.

TelemetryOS stands out when a signage deployment needs more than scheduled media. Its React and TypeScript SDK supports custom applications, while REST APIs, webhooks, MQTT, serial connections, POS connections, and data connections extend the platform into connected-screen workflows. Offline playback helps content continue during connectivity interruptions, and remote monitoring, fleet analytics, device maps, and proof-of-play reporting support ongoing operations. Smaller deployments should weigh the hardware purchase and Premium subscription against their needs. Teams seeking an extensible platform for managed fleets, interactive displays, or video walls are the clearest fit; simpler single-screen projects may prefer a narrower tool.
