TeamPoint is cloud-based job management software for growing service businesses and contractors. Its feature set covers customer records, quotations, calendar, map and drag-and-drop scheduling, mobile job management, recurring service contracts, compliance documentation, invoicing, payments and reporting. Field teams can access job details, complete digital worksheets, capture photos and signatures, and update progress through the mobile app. The customer portal provides access to selected quotations, documents and job records. The vendor positions it for UK service businesses such as facilities management, utilities, cleaning, drainage, roofing and building maintenance, making it a fit for larger pest-control organizations that also need broader contractor workflows.

Pricing has two components. The setup fee is £3,000 one time and includes an initial site visit, system setup and configuration, data importing, training and on-site go-live support. The subscription costs £50 per user per month, with all functionality and regular feature updates included. Contracts are available for 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. This structure gives buyers access to the full feature set rather than splitting core functions across multiple paid tiers, but the upfront fee and fixed-term commitment make the commercial decision more significant. Pricing is shown in GBP and excludes VAT.

TeamPoint’s strongest fit is for organizations that value documented processes and administrative control: compliance records, digital forms, audit trails, recurring contracts, customer access, invoicing and business performance reporting are all part of the platform. Its integration list includes Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Stripe, Chargebee, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OpenAI, Claude and Google Gemini. However, TeamPoint is positioned as broad field-service and contractor software rather than pest-control-specific software. Choose it when compliance workflows and connected business operations matter more than a narrowly specialized pest-control tool; smaller providers or teams seeking a lower initial commitment may prefer an alternative.

TeamPoint pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Combines scheduling, mobile worksheets, contracts, compliance and invoicing
    • Customer portal shares quotations, documents and job records
    • Connects with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Stripe and Microsoft 365
  • Where it doesn't
    • £3,000 one-time setup fee raises the initial cost
    • £50 per user per month can become expensive for larger teams
    • Broader field-service focus may not suit pest-specific operations
