Teamgo is a cloud-based visitor management platform for organisations managing visitors, employees and contractors across one or more workplaces. It supports iPad and Android kiosk check-in, QR-code check-in, receptionist-assisted registration, mobile access, visitor badges, host notifications, custom forms, photo and document capture, reporting and emergency tools. Its stated audience includes offices, schools, hospitals, government agencies, warehouses, industrial sites and larger multi-location organisations.

Pricing is structured by physical location and billed monthly. The Start plan costs $19 per location per month, while Essential costs $29 per location per month. Advance costs $99 per location per month, and Complete costs $199 per location per month. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The pricing structure gives smaller teams a low entry point, while the higher tiers provide a path for organisations that need broader visitor management capabilities. Hardware is sold separately, so kiosk deployments require a separate hardware budget.

Teamgo’s ecosystem fit is a notable strength for organisations that need visitor activity to connect with existing workplace systems. Integrations include Active Directory, Google Contacts, Microsoft Azure, Okta, Slack, Salesforce Chatter, Microsoft Teams, Aruba ClearPass, Webhooks, Zapier and a RESTful API. The platform also offers visitor pre-registration and invitations, ID scanning, photo capture, badge printing, analytics, emergency evacuation lists and alerts. Teams wanting a broad system across several visitor workflows should consider Teamgo; organisations seeking only a basic sign-in tool may find its wider feature set and per-location pricing more than they need.
