Teamflect is a performance management and employee engagement platform for organizations using Microsoft 365. It brings performance reviews, goals and OKRs, one-on-one meetings, 360-degree feedback, competency frameworks, recognition, engagement surveys, talent management, and tasks into structured workflows. HR teams, managers, and employees can use it for goal tracking, feedback, development processes, and review cycles through web access and its API.
Pricing is centered on a free Starter plan and three paid tiers. Starter is free for up to 10 users, with no time or feature limitations and performance management features. Essential costs $9 per user per month when billed monthly and adds detailed analytics, premium support, limited AI Agent access, and data export. Professional costs $14 per user per month when billed monthly and adds HRIS and API integrations, team-level reports, unlimited AI Agent access, and individual development plans. Enterprise has custom pricing and adds dedicated cloud infrastructure, data residency controls, and custom retention and deletion policies. A 30-day free trial is also available.
The platform’s strongest fit is for teams already working in Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, and HRIS systems, supporting connected workflows across Microsoft services and people operations. Its feature set reaches beyond basic reviews with cascading goal alignment, configurable review cycles, structured one-on-one agendas, external 360-degree feedback, recognition rewards, pulse surveys, analytics, data export, and AI assistance for reviews, goals, feedback, and performance insights. Small Microsoft-oriented teams should find the free plan a practical starting point; organizations needing a broader ecosystem or more than 10 free users should consider other options or a paid Teamflect tier.
