TeamAlloc is a strategic planning system for departments, PMOs, engineering organizations, and enterprise-wide planning environments. It brings workforce capacity and project portfolio planning into one model, covering FTEs, person-days, roles, costs, project effort, timelines, dependencies, and demand. Its strongest use case is evaluating whether planned work fits available capacity before commitments are made. The product is designed for planning and decision support rather than project execution or time tracking.

Scenario planning is the central strength. Teams can create and compare what-if scenarios, review capacity conflicts and feasibility, and curate executive decision plans from those scenarios. The platform also supports financial attributes for cost and revenue, while AI-assisted features can suggest alternative allocations and scenarios. Essential includes core resource and project planning, SSO via OIDC/SAML, basic conflict visibility, unlimited users, and unlimited projects. Professional adds AI-assisted conflict and feasibility analysis, financial attributes, read/write API access, HR/ERP integrations via API, and priority support. Enterprise adds advanced AI planning assistance, unlimited scenarios and plans, audit logs and compliance features, dedicated tenant configuration, and an enterprise SLA.

Pricing follows annual tenant subscriptions, with Essential at $290 per month or $3,480 per year, Professional at $990 per month or $11,880 per year, and Enterprise at $2,400 per month or $28,800 per year. A University plan is free for accredited universities and public research institutions for academic or internal use, with full AI-assisted planning capabilities and unlimited resources, users, and projects. TeamAlloc should suit organizations making capacity and allocation decisions across portfolios. Teams primarily seeking execution workflows, time tracking, or a narrower project delivery tool should consider alternatives.
