Team Chart is cloud-based organizational chart and workforce management software from Hubilia srl. It is designed for companies that need to keep reporting structures, employee capabilities, career information, and workforce data together. Its scope goes beyond a traditional org chart: teams can view hierarchical structures or Agile tribes and squads, search employee skills, manage careers, track open positions, and review retention-risk insights. It is available on the web and suits organizations combining people planning with organizational visibility.

Pricing is seat-based and billed monthly, with progressive rates. The 1–20-user tier costs €13 per user per month, while 21–50 users costs €9 per user per month and 51–70 users costs €7 per user per month. Organizations with 71+ users receive custom pricing. A separate Activation option costs €999 one time and includes initial platform configuration, dedicated environment setup, implementation support, and onboarding. This structure makes the product more suitable for teams prepared to budget for implementation as well as recurring seats.

Team Chart’s main distinction is its breadth across organizational design, skills, careers, workforce management, absence and illness management, ticket management, and open-position visibility. That breadth can suit HR and operations teams that want organizational data connected to workforce processes rather than a standalone diagramming tool. However, its integration coverage is limited, so teams prioritizing a broad connected software ecosystem should compare alternatives. Choose Team Chart when skills, career paths, workforce planning, and retention signals matter alongside org charts; choose a narrower org-chart product when those additional functions would add unnecessary complexity.

Team Chart pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Combines hierarchical and agile tribe-and-squad visualizations
    • Adds skills search, career management, and workforce planning
    • Includes open-position and retention-risk visibility
  • Where it doesn't
    • €999 one-time activation fee increases initial cost
    • Integrations are limited compared with broader ecosystems
    • Pricing for 71+ users requires a custom quote
