Tatsu is a work-management application suite that runs inside Slack, with a web-based App Home dashboard for reviewing personal and team workloads. It supports task creation and assignment, project organization through Slack channels, scheduled messages and discussions, polls, surveys, standups, private reminders, and personal task tracking. Its audience is teams that want to coordinate work and asynchronous communication without moving between separate collaboration tools, especially when Slack is already central to daily work.

The published plans show a Free option for teams with five or fewer active users. The Everyone plan costs $2.50 per participant per month with annual billing and removes the need for participant management. Privileged costs $3 per participant per month with annual billing and adds managed participant access. Both paid plans include external Slack users, a 1-day support response time, and Slack Enterprise Grid support. Enterprise includes dedicated support, a 1-hour dedicated support response time, external Slack users, and Slack Enterprise Grid support. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Tatsu’s main strength is its focused Slack fit: message shortcuts, slash commands, templates, workflow automation, scheduled discussions, and channel-based project organization keep coordination close to conversation. That makes it a practical choice for lightweight task tracking, recurring team rituals, and workload visibility. The trade-off is a narrower environment, limited to web and Slack, with no stated advanced project views. Teams seeking a focused Slack coordinator should consider Tatsu; teams needing broader project-planning depth or a wider platform ecosystem should look elsewhere.
