A focused task manager with generous free features and practical deadline tools.

TaskPocket is a to-do list application for individuals who want a focused way to capture and organize work across the web and iPhone. It supports tasks, projects, areas, due dates, deadline dates, recurring schedules, checklists, reminders, search, and JSON data export. The browser extension can save pages as tasks, while the iPhone app supports offline task access. Its feature set suits solo users and small personal workflows that need more structure than a basic checklist without the breadth of a wider productivity suite.
The permanent Free plan is unusually capable for straightforward task management. It includes unlimited tasks, five projects, two areas, due dates and recurring tasks, checklists, and data export. Premium costs $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year, and adds unlimited projects and areas, deadline dates, a dedicated Deadlines view, full completed history, and early access to new features. Premium Lifetime costs $59.99 one time and provides Premium access without subscription renewal. A seven-day free trial is available, and the trial does not require a card. The pricing structure makes Free a credible long-term option, while Premium is aimed at users who need more organization and deadline visibility.
TaskPocket’s strongest distinction is its practical capture workflow: natural-language entry can handle dates and repeats, reminders can arrive through browser and iPhone notifications, and recurring tasks can repeat based on a schedule or completion. The product stays deliberately narrow, however. It has no subtasks, integrations, or calendar sync, so it is less suitable for connected workflows or projects that depend on nested task structures. Choose TaskPocket for simple, self-contained planning across web and iPhone; choose an alternative when integrations, subtasks, or calendar coordination are central requirements.
