Tarot Routing is a delivery management platform for courier, distribution, retail, 3PL, and other last-mile delivery teams. It plans multi-stop routes using time windows, vehicle capacities, territories, and driver shifts, then supports operations through a driver app, live tracking, delivery records, and customer notifications. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API, making it suitable for teams that need either an operational delivery system or route optimization embedded in another workflow.

Routing is the product’s central strength. Real-time re-optimization can adjust plans as delivery conditions change, while GPS tracking and ETA updates give dispatchers and recipients current visibility. The driver apps support barcode scanning at item, box, or container level, photo and signature proof of delivery, offline operation with automatic synchronization, returns, exceptions, delivery notes, and vehicle safety checklists. Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, ERP systems, REST API, and webhooks extend its fit across delivery workflows. Teams needing detailed constraints and operational controls should find this breadth relevant; simpler dispatch operations may not need all of it.

Pricing is split between usage-based API access and per-vehicle subscriptions. The API costs $0.08 per address optimised and includes all optimiser constraints, unlimited jobs, dispatch by email and SMS, and Excel import and export. Business costs $64 per vehicle per month and adds organisational access control, single sign-on, ERP integrations, and white labelling. Enterprise costs $104 per vehicle per month and adds an uptime guarantee, support tickets, custom development, and ISO 27001 compliance documentation. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. Tarot Routing suits operations prioritizing advanced route planning and delivery evidence; teams seeking a free plan or basic scheduling may prefer a simpler tool.
