Tap2Pay is a payment gateway and social-commerce platform for merchants selling through websites, social networks, advertisements and messaging apps. It combines checkout links, express checkout widgets, QR-code payment links, invoices, payment management, recurring billing, customer CRM and transaction analytics. Its web and API access supports channels including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and WeChat, making it a fit for businesses that need to coordinate payments across several customer touchpoints rather than rely on a single checkout page.

The published plans separate core payment tools from customer-engagement features. Pay as you go includes payments on websites, messengers and social networks, payment analytics, email notifications and QR-code tickets. Premium costs $49 per month and adds Tap2Pay CRM with customer chats, messaging support and notifications, plus WhatsApp integration. White Label includes Premium features, CRM and billing-system integration, chatbot and widget branding, customization and six-month support. The pricing page states that fees depend on business-registration country, monthly turnover and business type, so the monthly plan price does not describe every potential payment cost.

Integration breadth is a central strength. Tap2Pay lists connections to BlueSnap, Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, BePaid, CreditGuard, Belgazprombank and PayU, alongside WooCommerce, Shopify, WHMCS and Tilda. Its API covers invoices, products, payments and subscriptions, while plugins support common commerce platforms. That makes it a practical choice for merchants coordinating multiple gateways, sales channels and recurring-payment workflows. Businesses seeking a narrowly focused direct gateway may find the platform less suitable, while those needing orchestration, messaging commerce and billing controls should find its feature mix more relevant.

    • Direct gateway coverage is less complete than its orchestration features
    • White Label customization is limited to the listed plan features
