Tan-Link is cloud-based management software for tanning salons, aimed at small and mid-market operators, including businesses managing multiple locations. It combines point-of-sale transactions, integrated payments, recurring membership and package billing, inventory, customer records, digital waivers, appointment scheduling and reporting. Member profiles can hold tanning histories, purchases, packages and agreements, while online tools support bookings, customer accounts and messaging.
Pricing is organized by location and billing cadence. Essential Salon costs $129 per location per month and includes POS, integrated payments, recurring EFT billing, T-Max bed control, lamp-hour tracking, reporting, gift cards and inventory. Ultimate Salon costs $179 per location per month and adds a branded online shop, online appointment booking, a customer portal, an account chatbot and email agreements. Pro Salon is $179 per location per month with annual billing or $199 per location per month with monthly billing. It adds 500 texts monthly, 24-hour unattended and self-service access, a custom online shop, a smart link shortener, equipment status and a marketing kiosk.
T-Max integration is central to the platform’s equipment workflow, covering bed control, session tracking and equipment monitoring. Other listed connections include TalentLMS, When I Work, SMS text messaging and a VoIP phone system. The web platform also supports automated SMS and email reminders, online stores, staff schedules, compliance records and multi-location management. Tan-Link suits salons that want operational, membership and equipment functions in one system. Businesses requiring a native mobile experience or 24/7 support should evaluate alternatives.
