tamigo is a cloud-based workforce management platform for retail and hospitality businesses. It combines employee scheduling, time and attendance, absence management, payroll exports, HR data management, workforce communication and reporting. Managers can edit daily schedules, use templates, apply staffing profiles and receive working-time rule warnings. Employees can view schedules, request time off, bid on open shifts and arrange swaps through web, iOS and Android apps. It is suited to location-based operations that need scheduling connected with attendance and payroll processes.

According to tamigo's pricing page, Essential costs €15 per location per month and includes basic scheduling, daily timesheets, absence requests, the basic mobile app and essential reporting. Standard costs €30 per location per month and adds enhanced scheduling, schedule templates, shift bids, shift exchanges, weekly timesheets and an absence calendar. Advanced and Premium use custom pricing. Advanced adds advanced scheduling and reporting, custom KPIs, enhanced absence balance and custom payroll integration. Premium adds staff optimisation, premium reporting, global payroll compliance, plus plugin and API access. There is no perpetual free plan, but a 30-day trial is available.

The platform's breadth is its main differentiator: scheduling sits alongside availability, leave approval, open shifts, swaps, mobile time tracking, payroll exports and KPI reporting. Integrations include ADP, AFAS, Cegid, DATEV, SAP, Visma, HRM systems, payroll systems and POS systems. Web, mobile and API access support different operational roles, while the higher tiers provide deeper payroll and API capabilities. tamigo should suit retail and hospitality businesses managing multiple locations and varied staffing rules. Teams seeking only a lightweight rota tool may find its broader workforce-management scope unnecessary, while organisations needing Premium features must request custom pricing.
