Tamaranga is a self-hosted real-estate platform for launching property portals serving agents, agencies, developers, and owners. It combines category-specific property listings, map-based search, agency workspaces, multi-agent teams, verified-agent badges, inquiry routing, messaging, moderation, SEO templates, and regional landing pages. Booking calendars support rentals, while listing imports can use XML, CSV, YML, or API options. The platform is suited to organizations building a substantial property marketplace rather than a simple classifieds site.
Pricing is license-based rather than subscription-only. Silver costs $4,200 one time and includes the full real-estate platform, a perpetual license, 90 days of Standard service, server setup, monitoring, updates, support, and the AI team during the service period. Gold costs $6,400 one time and adds 180 days of Standard service plus branded iOS and Android apps. Black costs $55,000 one time and focuses on individual consulting, team augmentation, migration, bespoke build support, custom expert engagement, and priority roadmap input.
