Residents can use a web portal and mobile app to pay rent, submit repairs, view documents, and message management. The published subscription is $6 per unit per month, billed monthly, with no setup fee. That plan includes rent, leases, repairs, and resident messages in one workspace, along with support by email and in-app chat.
