TalkNotes is an AI voice-note and transcription app for professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and creators. It turns spoken thoughts, meetings, interviews, lectures, and brainstorming sessions into transcripts, summaries, task lists, journal entries, blog posts, and other structured formats. The app runs on the web, iOS, and Android, with support for 57 transcription languages. Users can also edit transcripts and notes, search transcripts, organize content with folders and tags, and transcribe WhatsApp voice messages.

Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. The Monthly plan costs $19.97 per month and includes the iOS and Android app, unlimited notes, up to 2 hours of recording per note, audio-file uploads, custom styles, and exports to text, mail, and URL. The Yearly plan costs $197 per year and includes the same listed features. A 7-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The published plans make TalkNotes a better fit for regular users who expect to capture and organize voice notes than for occasional users looking for a no-cost tool.

Its main strength is the combination of AI transcription, summaries, premade and custom note styles, editing, organization, public links, and exports to PDF, text, and Markdown. Zapier, webhooks, and WhatsApp add useful workflow connections beyond the core note editor. The trade-off is that the full feature set requires an internet connection, and offline recording is not available. Choose TalkNotes if structured output, sharing, imports, and cross-platform access matter; consider an alternative if offline capture or a free plan is essential.
