Talenox is a cloud-based HRIS for businesses managing employee profiles, payroll, leave and expense claims. It suits small teams that want core HR administration without committing to a broad performance management system. Employee records include job history, salary details and custom fields, while payroll covers processing, payslips and reports. Leave requests, approvals, balances, calendars and expense claims are also included. The platform supports small, mid-market and enterprise organizations, with localized payroll workflows for Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong alongside a global USD plan for other locations.

Pricing is straightforward across separate payroll, leave and combined plans. With annual billing, PAYROLL costs $1 per employee per month, LEAVE costs $1, and SUITE costs $3. Monthly billing raises those prices to $2 for PAYROLL, $2 for LEAVE and $6 for SUITE. The combined tier includes profiles, leave, payroll and claims, while the separate tiers focus on payroll or leave management. A 30-day free trial is available, and the published plans show no free plan. For a small team needing payroll and leave together, SUITE provides the clearest route; teams needing only one function can select a lower-cost standalone tier.

Talenox also fits organizations that need accounting, scheduling and multi-entity connections. Integrations include Xero, QuickBooks Online, Deputy, King of Time, Google Calendar, 9Spokes, GetPaid, BambooHR, Bukku and the Talenox API. Security features include two-factor authentication, ISO 27001, GDPR and SSO through SAML. Support is available through email, chat and documentation. Access is browser-based rather than through a documented native mobile app, and the product is not positioned around verified performance management. Choose Talenox for payroll, leave, records and claims; choose an alternative if native mobile apps or performance management are central requirements.
