A focused PDF-to-PDF tailoring tool with job-specific suggestions and a Chrome extension.

TailoredResume, presented as Resume Tailor, helps job seekers adapt resume content to individual job postings. Applicants can upload an existing PDF or enter their background in a guided builder, then paste a job description or capture its text with a Chrome extension. It generates role-aware summaries and experience bullets while preserving sections, employers, titles, and dates. The tool also reports keyword coverage and suggested terms, and lets users preview and download an A4 PDF. Its workflow is aimed at applicants who want to tailor an existing document rather than manage a broader job-search process.
The tailoring workflow combines job-description matching with document preservation. Users can review suggested terms alongside keyword coverage, then choose classic, modern, or compact styles before downloading. That makes the product relevant when the main task is adapting wording without losing the shape of an existing resume. The Chrome extension can capture job-posting text, while the web app supports pasting it directly. The available output is an A4 PDF, so applicants who need other download formats or a larger resume-management ecosystem may prefer another tool.
According to the vendor's pricing page, paid access is sold in three durations: 1 month for $20, 3 months for $50, and 1 year for $150. Each plan offers unlimited use for its subscription period. Five tailor runs are available after sign-in without charge, but there is no ongoing free plan. The shorter option may fit a focused application period; the longer durations require a larger commitment. Choose TailoredResume if PDF upload, preserved resume sections, and job-specific text suggestions fit your application workflow. Look elsewhere if you need formats beyond PDF or a free plan for continued use.
