Our verdict on Tailor

Tailor is a web-based platform for creating personalized videos and hosted landing pages at scale. It is designed for real estate agents and teams that want to record a base video, connect recipient or property data, and automatically render individualized sales content. Templates support both on-camera and no-camera formats, with delivery through email, SMS, messaging tools, or connected automation systems. Its strongest fit is a real estate workflow that needs personalized outreach rather than a general-purpose video editor.

The published monthly plans show three main options. Essentials costs $49 per month and includes unlimited no-camera video renders, AI voiceover, live graphics built from lead market and property data, 100 smart-data lookups per month, more than 100 templates, CRM integrations, and SMS video pages. Pro costs $99 per month and adds Tailor AI on-camera personalization, 150 on-camera renders per month, unlimited smart-data lookups, priority rendering, and priority support. Team is priced at $39 per seat per month and includes Essentials or Pro for each agent, a 20% seat discount, shared templates, team analytics, and one invoice. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Tailor’s main depth comes from combining video personalization with real estate data and workflow connections. Users can map template scenes and data fields, import data through file upload, Tailor lists, connected sources, the API, or webhooks, and use integrations including Google Sheets, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Lofty, Calendly, HubSpot, Zapier, Twilio, Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, Airtable, and others. Campaign review and approval workflows, hosted pages, and video playback and CTA engagement analytics extend the product beyond rendering. Choose Tailor if your team needs repeatable, data-driven real estate video campaigns; choose an alternative if you need a free plan or a simpler video tool without workflow complexity.
