A Windows-focused hybrid RPA suite with clear SME pricing and core automation controls.

Tailent Automation Platform is a robotic process automation suite for organizations that need to design, deploy and manage software bots. TAP Studio provides visual workflow development, while TAP Assistant supports attended automation and TAP Orchestrator handles centralized management, scheduling, remote triggering, monitoring and execution logs. The platform is positioned for technical and non-technical users, including small and medium-sized businesses, with support for browser automation, OCR-based visual text extraction, PDF text and section extraction, and hybrid deployment.
The published plans show three levels. Community includes a 30-day TAP Studio license, two bots and documentation access, making it suitable for evaluating the development experience rather than ongoing free use. The SME plan costs €500 per month and includes one user seat, unlimited attended and unattended bots, and basic orchestration with TAP Assistant. Enterprise adds Orchestrator, a dedicated account manager, process mining, and analytics and insights. This structure gives SMEs a clear entry point, while larger deployments gain broader management and analysis capabilities at the Enterprise level.
Tailent fits teams that need a mix of attended and unattended automation, particularly where browser workflows and document processing matter. Its integrations include Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot and Xero, and its orchestration can run as SaaS or on premises. The main trade-off is platform scope: support is centered on Windows, and the feature set is narrower than broader RPA suites. Choose Tailent when a priced hybrid deployment, visual development and core bot management align with your needs; consider an alternative when broad operating-system coverage or deeper enterprise functionality is a priority.
