Tadabase is a no-code platform for building custom, database-driven web applications. Its Data Builder handles tables, fields, and relationships, while the Page Builder supports forms, tables, charts, and detail views. Teams can use it for internal tools, customer portals, CRMs, inventory systems, and other business applications. User accounts, login pages, roles, permissions, custom domains, and published web applications support projects that need structured data and controlled access.

The published plans show four tiers with monthly and annual billing. Starter costs $50 per month monthly or $42 per month annually. Growth costs $125 monthly or $105 annually, Pro costs $250 monthly or $210 annually, and Elite costs $450 monthly or $375 annually. Tadabase offers a 14-day free trial but no free plan. The pricing structure suits organizations prepared to pay for a dedicated web application platform, while the lack of a free tier makes it less suitable for ongoing no-cost projects.

Its strongest fit is a web-first application that needs more than simple forms and tables. Workflow automation includes scheduled tasks, emails, and record actions; the REST API supports reading, creating, updating, and deleting records; and integrations include Zapier, Google Sheets, Stripe, Twilio, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Make. Record-level security, audit logs, and AI prompts in forms, components, and workflows broaden the platform's scope. Responsive web applications and Progressive Web Apps are supported, but native iOS and Android binaries are not produced natively. Choose Tadabase for structured, connected web applications; choose another option when native mobile publishing is essential.
