TackOn FSM is field service management software for small HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. It brings estimating, Good/Better/Best proposals, scheduling, AI-assisted dispatch, technician job management, invoicing, payments, inventory, memberships, customer communication, and business oversight into one platform. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field work, while offline synchronization lets technicians continue working and sync later. The product is aimed at small crews rather than enterprise deployments.
The published plans show a monthly paid structure. Duo Team costs $69 per month and includes scheduling, self-dispatch, quotes, payments, payment links, a pre-built pricebook for one trade, and in-app customer communication. Crew costs $139 per month and adds pricebooks for three trades, field inventory management, and Elastic Database. Command costs $179 per month and adds warehouse and shop-stock inventory plus Gmail Calendar Sync. Fleet includes the core scheduling, quoting, payments, inventory, and Gmail Calendar Sync features for custom fleet sizes. The plan progression makes TackOn FSM easier to evaluate for small contractors with different inventory and calendar needs.
Its strongest functional fit is the combination of AI estimates, an AI Dispatcher, mobile job execution, payment collection, inventory tracking, recurring memberships, and customer history. Offline field work is especially relevant when technicians need to complete jobs away from a reliable connection. The tradeoff is a narrower ecosystem: Gmail Calendar is the listed integration, and the category specification lists a two-technician limit. Routing capabilities, portals, and larger-company fit are limited or unverified. Choose TackOn FSM if a small trade team wants AI-assisted dispatch and broad day-to-day operations in one paid monthly product; consider an alternative if extensive integrations, larger technician capacity, or deeper routing tools are central requirements.
