TableSend is a web-based ordering and payment platform for restaurants, pubs, bars, cafés, hotels and other hospitality venues. It lets customers scan QR codes to view digital menus, order food or drinks, pay bills, split payments, send gifts to another table and contribute remotely. Customers do not need an account or mobile app, while venues receive tools for order management, menus, availability, allergens, offers, refunds, alerts, analytics and digital receipts. It is best suited to small venues introducing QR table ordering rather than operators seeking a complete payment-processing suite.
The published plans show a free Standard Table Ordering option with no setup fee, monthly fees, platform fee or commission. It includes unlimited menus and tables, plus free Click & Collect with QR Ordering. The optional Premium Branded QR Pack adds custom QR colours and logos, table-card templates, a live QR designer, print-ready PDF, PNG and SVG downloads, seasonal designs and unlimited updates. Click & Collect has no monthly fees or setup costs and does not charge for cancelled or failed orders. Applicable gifts, remote orders and bill contributions carry a 7.5% service fee, while Stripe card fees are separate.
TableSend fits venues that want QR ordering supported by familiar customer channels and wallets, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, iMessage, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe powers the online payments. The feature set also covers full, partial and split bill payments, payment alerts, refunds and venue dashboards, giving operators more control than a basic digital menu. However, its focus remains online table ordering, so venues needing broader payment-processing capabilities should consider a more comprehensive restaurant platform. Choose TableSend for QR-led service, digital menus and flexible bill contributions; avoid it if QR ordering is only a minor part of the operation.
