Tablerooms brings a restaurant website, table-aware reservations, floor plans, waitlists, guest profiles, point of sale, kitchen operations, inventory and marketing into one venue-based system. It is aimed at restaurants that want front-of-house, back-of-house and guest engagement tools connected rather than managed through separate products. The floor plan links table availability, reservations, seating and POS activity, while guest profiles can include visits, spend and allergies. Premium venues seeking a consolidated operating layer are the clearest fit.

The pricing structure separates the website foundation from the main restaurant workflow. Starter costs $199 per venue per month and includes a bespoke editorial website, menu, story, gallery and events pages, hosting, SSL, SEO, and a visual editor with AI. Main costs $749 per venue per month and adds the live booking engine, table-aware availability, drag-and-drop floor plans, guest CRM, POS, recipe-level inventory depletion, and a kitchen display with coursing and timers. Chef’s Table costs $1,290 per venue per month, adding AI guest CRM, email campaigns, offers, review requests, AI-drafted replies, immersive digital wine and food menus, and a dedicated success manager. Annual billing is advertised at 20% below monthly pricing, and a 14-day free trial is available.

Its standout strength is the connection between reservations, seating, service and guest data. Waitlist management includes timers, while POS supports coursing, split payments, tips and receipts, and the kitchen display also supports coursing and timers. That breadth makes Tablerooms more suitable for a venue wanting one system across operations and guest marketing than for a small restaurant seeking only reservations or a basic website. Restaurants that need the full stack should evaluate Main or Chef’s Table; those focused on a narrower, lower-cost workflow may find Starter more appropriate.
