Tabby is a buy now, pay later platform for merchants and shoppers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Consumers can split eligible purchases into four interest-free payments or, where eligible, use plans of up to 12 monthly payments. For merchants, Tabby supports online checkout integration, payment links, in-store payments and Tabby Card acceptance. It is best suited to Gulf-region businesses that want BNPL across multiple sales channels rather than a checkout-only payment option.
The merchant product extends beyond payment collection. The Merchant Dashboard includes order management, refunds, analytics, transaction tracking, payout reporting, scheduled payouts, and dispute and chargeback management. Merchants can also list products in the Tabby app. Payouts are scheduled weekly or through a flexible cycle, with bank processing times potentially varying. This combination makes Tabby relevant to teams that want payment operations and post-transaction workflows grouped together. Businesses seeking only a narrow installment widget may not need this wider operational scope.
Tabby connects with Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Magento 2, OpenCart, Matjrah, Salesforce and ExpandCart, with a Custom API option for other implementations. Merchant pricing is based on a variable commission and a fixed fee per successful transaction, with terms provided during application and in the contract. A free plan is available, while the pricing model is contact sales. Merchants should choose Tabby if they need omnichannel BNPL, regional commerce integrations and scheduled settlement tools. It is less suitable for businesses that require broad international coverage or a publicly stated flat recurring platform fee.
