SyncPay is a payment operations and reconciliation platform for finance teams managing data from payment processors, banks, invoicing tools and accounting systems. It normalizes records, matches transactions, fees, refunds and payouts, and routes mismatches, duplicates and missing payouts to an exception queue. The product is positioned as a read-only layer between payment systems and accounting software, making it a fit for businesses that need control over reconciliation without replacing those systems.

Pricing is structured around monthly plans. Starter costs $149 per month and includes automatic matching, exception handling, CSV import and export, email support, two payment sources, and one entity with multi-currency support. Growth costs $449 per month and adds unlimited payment sources, a rule builder, configurable tolerances, accounting-tool sync, priority support, and up to five entities. Scale adds unlimited entities, SFTP and custom ingestion pipelines, dedicated onboarding, custom retention and exports, and a named account contact. The progression is clear: source volume, workflow control, entity coverage and service support increase with each tier.

SyncPay’s strongest capability is the breadth of reconciliation logic within a focused product. Batch payout unbundling, fee and foreign-exchange breakdowns, tolerances for rounding, FX and date differences, and audit trails address operational cases that basic spreadsheet workflows may not cover. Ingestion supports CSV, SFTP and email, alongside payment processors, bank feeds, invoicing tools and accounting tools. Choose SyncPay if your team needs multi-currency or multi-entity reconciliation, exception management and traceability. It may be less suitable if you need a payment platform or accounting system rather than a reconciliation layer.

    • The product is focused on reconciliation, not system replacement
