Pricing is charged per active student per term. The Basic plan costs UGX 500 per student per term and includes student profiles and admissions, attendance tracking, CBC grading and assessment, activities of integration, schemes of work, and bulk report card generation and printing. Pro costs UGX 750 per student per term and adds trial balance, general journal, general ledger, bank ledger and reconciliation, employee ledger and payroll, and communication tools. Enterprise costs UGX 1,000 per student per term and adds income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, budgeting, variance analysis, and advanced analytics and reporting. A UGX 500,000 initial setup fee applies to all plans.
