Swello is a professional social media management platform for freelancers, startups, small and medium-sized businesses, agencies, communicators and larger organizations. It brings scheduling, monitoring, analytics, content curation, collaboration and AI tools into one service, with web, iOS and Android applications. Its supported networks are LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook and X, making it a fit for teams that prioritize planned publishing across several channels.

Pricing is structured around a free Starter plan and three paid levels. Starter supports one user, one social profile per network and 40 scheduled posts per month. Medium costs €19 per month with annual billing or €24 monthly, and adds five social profiles, analytics and monitoring, AI tools, and 400 scheduled posts per month on the annual plan. Large costs €59 annually or €72 monthly, supporting five users, 15 social profiles, unlimited scheduled posts, team collaboration and, with annual billing, 24-month archives. Business starts at €99 annually or €120 monthly for more than five users and 15 profiles, unlimited scheduling and customizable plans. A seven-day free trial is also available.

The strongest case for Swello is its combination of editorial planning and team controls: recurring scheduling, calendars, previews, approvals, KPI dashboards, exports, link tracking, media libraries and image editing sit alongside AI writing assistance, hashtag suggestions and alt tags. The platform is operated by SocialBuddy SAS in Toulon, France and has a 2010 founding year. It suits established European teams that want structured scheduling and reporting, especially when mobile access matters. Teams needing a shared inbox should choose an alternative, while organizations requiring broader collaboration on lower tiers may find the one-user Medium plan restrictive.
