SweepOS is cloud software for cleaning companies managing clients, sites and field workers. It supports recurring and one-off visit scheduling, site checklists, photo documentation, mobile check-in and check-out, issue reporting, invoicing, contracts and payroll-ready hours. The product covers use cases including home cleaning, offices, stairwells, moving cleans and facility work, making it suitable for solo operators through larger commercial teams.
Pricing is structured around free and paid plans. The Free plan includes unlimited sites, client and site management, checklists, photo documentation and basic time tracking. Pro - admin costs €25 per admin per month, while Pro - worker costs €4 per worker per month; both paid tiers include the mobile app for every worker, scheduling, invoicing and billing, digital contracts, instructions and asset tracking. Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus a customer portal, SSO, custom reporting and priority support. The published plans show a low entry price, but teams should account for both admin and worker seats when estimating Pro costs. Pricing is published in EUR for non-Swedish companies and SEK for Swedish companies.
SweepOS has a useful operational breadth for cleaning businesses that need more than visit scheduling.
