Affordable HR coverage for small teams, with lighter workforce-planning depth.

SutiHR is a cloud-based human resources platform from SutiSoft for startups, small teams, growing companies, and mid-market organizations. It brings employee records, organization charts, document management, e-signature, leave, time and attendance, onboarding, recruiting, performance management, reporting, employee self-service, and workforce analytics into one system. Web access, native iOS and Android apps, REST API capabilities, and third-party integrations extend it beyond a basic personnel database.
The plan structure adds capability progressively. Core costs $4 per user per month with monthly billing and includes employee records, dynamic organization charts, document management, e-signature, time-off and benefits enrollment, web and mobile attendance, mobile apps, standard reports, and notifications. Advanced adds applicant tracking, interview scheduling, offer-letter automation, digital onboarding, advanced workflows, custom roles, custom reports, advanced dashboards, and AI resume summarization and parsing; its pricing is request-based. Premium adds goal and OKR management, 360-degree performance management, succession planning, a 9-box grid, shift scheduling, roster management, benefits administration, ACA reporting, geo-fencing, and continuous location tracking, also with request-based pricing.
SutiHR is strongest when a small business wants broad HR coverage without assembling separate tools for records, leave, attendance, onboarding, recruiting, and performance. Integrations include QuickBooks, Sage, Intuit, Okta, Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, Google SSO, OneLogin, Checkr, CheckMark, QHR, Accuchex, and flat-file export. The trade-off is focus: scheduling is confined to Premium, while forecasting and coverage planning are lighter than in workforce management products designed around those functions. Choose SutiHR for affordable HR fundamentals and lifecycle workflows; consider a more specialized WFM platform if advanced staffing analysis is central.
