Suptask review
A Slack-centered ticketing desk that turns forwarded support email into trackable requests.

Suptask is a Slack-native service desk for customer support and internal teams that want to manage requests as tickets inside Slack. Requesters can submit through Slack or email, and agents can create, route, assign, and respond to tickets there. For email-based requests, teams can forward support messages into Slack and reply to the requester by email from Slack. Shared inboxes, forms, custom fields, reporting, and service-level tracking bring structure to that workflow.
Its main distinction is the Slack-centered approach rather than an email-first shared inbox. Tickets can start in Slack channels, direct messages, and groups, or arrive through forwarded email; routing, forms, and approvals help organize work across teams. Professional adds unlimited teams, multi-source intake, basic automations, ad-hoc approvals, performance reporting, and API and webhooks. Integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Notion, and Atlassian Confluence, alongside Slack. This fits teams already working in Slack, but may be less direct for teams that want agents to handle support primarily in an email inbox.
Pricing is per agent per month. Starter costs $15 with annual billing or $18 with monthly billing, and includes a single-team inbox, Slack ticketing, unlimited forms and fields, and dashboard analytics. Professional is $24 annually or $29 monthly, while Growth is $38 annually or $45 monthly; Growth adds workflow automations, automated approvals, SLA management, dynamic forms, AI knowledge answers, and single sign-on. Custom offers custom integrations, volume discounts and unlimited agents, Slack Enterprise+, HIPAA compliance, and dedicated support. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Suptask suits support teams that want ticket workflows in Slack; teams seeking an email-first shared inbox should consider a more direct fit.
