SupportCore brings email, chat and portal submissions into a shared inbox, with ticket assignment, tags, priority levels and internal notes. It is aimed at teams that need a central place to manage customer requests, publish help content and give customers a portal for submitting and tracking tickets. AI bot and suggested replies are grounded in knowledge base articles, making the product especially relevant to small teams seeking AI assistance without giving up a free starting option.
The Free plan is $0 per month and includes a shared inbox, knowledge base, customer portal and email integration. Starter costs $29 per month and adds live chat, SLA policies, automation rules and a REST API. Growth is $79 per month, adding outbound webhooks, custom branding, and a custom domain and SSL. At $199 per month, Pro adds Jira and Confluence knowledge base sync, custom CSS on the portal and priority support. Business is $499 per month and adds unlimited agents and tickets, SSO / Custom IdP and advanced security controls. Enterprise has a dedicated CSM, custom contract and SLA, procurement and security review, and onboarding and migration support; no price is stated here. The pricing page says annual plans are discounted about 20%, without publishing their amounts.
The platform’s feature set spans ticket routing and escalation, SLA breach warnings, a searchable public knowledge base, embeddable live chat and workflow automation. Integrations include Jira, Confluence, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, GitHub, Auth0, Zapier, FormFlow, Email / SMTP and Stripe, alongside the REST API. Support is listed through email and docs; the product is available on web, API and Android. Small teams can start with the free inbox, while teams that need chat or SLAs must budget for Starter. Buyers needing unlimited tickets or advanced security controls should compare the $499 Business tier with alternatives. GDPR and two-factor authentication are listed; SOC 2 Type II is in progress, not completed.
