A focused supplier assessment platform for small teams, with free and paid plans.

Supplira is a web-based supplier-risk management platform for Nordic and EU security, IT, privacy, procurement, and compliance teams. It is designed for organizations running recurring supplier assessments without adopting a full GRC platform. The product covers supplier inventory, internal risk classification, questionnaires, structured findings, remediation follow-up, residual-risk tracking, audit history, and executive reporting. Suppliers can respond through accountless links, which keeps participation focused on the questionnaire rather than requiring another account.
Its freemium pricing gives smaller teams a low-commitment starting point. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes up to 3 suppliers, 1 user, 3 custom templates, the built-in template library, 3 automatic reminders per assessment, and a dashboard overview. Starter costs €99 per month for up to 25 suppliers and 5 users, adding 10 custom templates, executive reports, residual-risk tracking, and CSV export. Growth costs €299 per month for up to 100 suppliers and 10 users, with 50 custom templates, supplier risk overrides, and priority support. Pro includes unlimited suppliers, users, and templates, plus custom onboarding, advanced support SLA, tailored workflows, and volume licensing.
Supplira is strongest when the work centers on structured assessments and documented remediation. Its templates address NIS2 supply-chain risk, ISO 27001 supplier risk, GDPR Article 28 processor risk, and concentration risk, while findings can include severity, status, actions, and risk contribution. That focus also defines its limits: it does not provide continuous monitoring, incident alerts, integrations, or a supplier portal. The security page states that Supplira does not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Choose it for a focused assessment workflow with clear risk tracking; consider an alternative if continuous supplier intelligence, connected systems, or formal certifications are requirements.
